The Alishan Forest Railway, Taiwan

The Alishan Forest Railway is an 86 km network of railways running in Taiwan. The main line starts in Chiayi to the final station Alishan. The railway was constructed in 1912 year and first passengers  travelled in 1918.
The network  runs through the mountains.
