Binnenalster or Inner Alster Lake is one of two artificial lakes within the city limits of Hamburg, which are formed by the river Alster.

Hamburg Port- Hamburger Hafen - called Germany's Gateway to the World, is a largest port in Germany and second in Europe, after Rotterdam.

Augustusburg, Saxony, Germany

Augustusburg is situated 12 km from Chemnitz. In town live 12000 inhabitants. It is famous for a castle Jagdschloss (hunting castle).

The Rhön Mountains, Germany

The Rhön Mountains (Die Hohe Rhön) are a group of low mountains in central Germany, located around the border area where the states of Hesse, Bavaria and Thuringia come together. On a card- village Frankenheim in Thuringia with 1200 inhabitants. The mountains are famous for their mineral springs and not high peaks. Main town-Fulda.

Halle, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany

Halle- town of over 232000 inhanitants in Saxony-Anhalt, on a river Saale (Soława). Because of Halle was not so heavy damaged during the World War The Second so it has many original historical buildings like castle, churches and townhall.

Turku, Finland

The cathedral was originally built out of wood in the late 13th century, and was dedicated as the main cathedral of Finland in 1300 year, the seat of the bishop of Turku. It was considerably expanded in the 14th and 15th centuries, mainly using stone as the construction material. The cathedral was  damaged during the fire in 1827, and was rebuilt to a great extent afterwards.

Lutherstadt Eisleben, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany

Eisleben - a 25 thousands of inhabitants town in Saxony-Anhalt. It is famous for a hometown of Martin Luter, so its official name is Lutherstadt. Eisleben was first mentioned in 997 as a market called Islebia and in 1180 as a town.

Portinho da Arrabida, Portugal

Arrabida ia a Natural Park which was founded in 1976 and covers 108 km2.  Two of the park beaches are popular among the inhabitants of Lisbon and Setubal. One of them is Portinho da Arrábida, on a small bay, and with a little island off the shore, is especially famous, being a regular feature on Portuguese TV commercials. In 2004, a fire destroyed a significant part of the park, which is now slowly recovering.

Usedom (Polish: Uznam)  is a Baltic Sea island on the border between Germany and Poland. It is situated north of the Szczecin  Lagoon (German: Stettiner Haff) estuary of the Odra/Oder River. Most of the island belongs to the Germany  with the exception of the eastern part and the city of Świnoujście  which is in Polish West Pomeranian Voivodship. Its area is 445 km² (the German part 373 km²; the Polish part 72 km²).Its population is 76,500 (the German part 31,500; the Polish part 45,000).

Belgrade- a capital of Serbia ( Serbian: Beograd, Београд; Polish: Belgrad), has a population of 1,630,000 .Its name in Serbian translates to White city. It is one of oldest cities in Europe.

The Steinhuder Meer or Lake Steinhude is a lake in Lower Saxony located 30 km northwest of Hanover. It is called "Steinhuder Meer" in German, after the nearby village of Steinhude. It has an area of about 30 square kilometres.

Cologne, North-Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Cologne (German: Köln; Polish: Kolonia)-  lies on the river Rhine.  It is capital of North-Rhine-Westphalia (German: Nordrhein-Westfalen; Polish: Nadrenia Północna-Westfalia). The city's famous Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) is the seat of the Catholic Arcybishop. The University of Cologne (Universität zu Köln) is one of Europe's oldest universities.Cologne is Germany's 4th largest city (after Berlin, Hamburg and Munich) with more than  million inhabitants. Cologne was founded by the Ubii in the year 38 BC.

Erfurt, Thuringia, Germany

Erfurt, (Polish: Jarobród) - 200 thousands of population biggest town in Thuringia. The town was founded in 742 year. Erfurt is famous for many historic buildings, include 200 churches. Two  of them -  Cathedral (Mariendom) and Severikirche (Kościół Św. Seweryna), which stand side by side and together form the emblem of the city. Both churches tower above the townscape and are accessible via huge open stairs called Domstufen.

Brandenburg an der Havel, Brandenburg, Germany

Brandenburg, Polish: Branibór or Branibórz. Established as Brenna a fortress of Slavic nation Strodoranie. From 948 a headquarters of bishopric; 1154-57 ruled by Slavic Prince Jaksa z Kopanicy. Later became a main town of Brandenburg. Nowadays in town live 72 000 inhabitants and is famouf for gothic architecture.

A card shows a Dormition Cathedral (Успенський Собор) from XI centruy. During Second World War it was fully destroyed. In 2000 a cathedral was reconstructed.
