The Mor Pagoda, China
The Mor Pagoda - Buddhism worshiper of the ancient Shule Kingdom. It was built in 7th century during the Tang dynasty, destroyed around 12th century. The pagoda has three square layers, each a little smaller than the one below it. The bottom layer has circumfe-rence of more than 48 m., the 2nd layer 40 m. and the third layer 32 m., while the pagoda stands more than 12 m. high. The platform beside the pagoda was one of the central temple structures, and in its side walls were carved niches housing Buddha figurines.
