Hello Romanek I don't know the town Willingen/Hesse. My card shows Willingen in Northrhine-Westphalia (it's near the Hess border located). Have a nice day Martin
Hello Martin! Almost all sources about Willingen tell about Willingen in Hesse (District Waldeck-Frankenberg) and famous World Cup Jumping Ski there. I thought that it is thie Wellingen. But after detailed searching indeed there is another smaller Willingen in Westphalia. Unfortunately I haven't found any more information about this place. I am very sorry for mistake. The post will be changed.
